I had 60x92x18 machine shed erected by Gingerich Structures in the spring of 2020. I am very happy with the quality of the materials and the workmanship that went into the building. The lumber is first rate the structure itself is perfectly straight and true. I did my own electrical wiring and when I was up in the rafters while standing in a man lift, I looked around for flaws and could find no flaws. The crew was a great group of hard working clean and polite young men. Travis always returned my calls within a few hours and was very helpful with absolving problems. Three other building companies I was dealing with, two of them major brands, had a nonchalant attitude and were very slow, weeks slow, to return calls. Travis acted like he really cared and went the extra mile to try to please me. If I build again sometime down the road Gingerich will definitely be the first contractor I will call.

This letter is to thank Gingerich Structures for the fine job of constructing my 20' x 50' RV Storage Building. The building crew out of Wellsburg erected the building in two days. The 2 man concrete crew arrived a week later at 5:30 AM, poured the floor with a beautiful finish, sawed, and were gone by evening. All the employees were very polite and well mannered. Everything was cleaned when they left. This company has the OK from me.

In reflecting on what went right in 2016, my new garage from Gingerich Structures was a real bright spot. From the very beginning, the quoting process was efficient and the results competitive. It was completed on time and on budget. A small glitch with materials during construction was resolved quickly and corrected over night to keep the project on track. The construction and concrete crews were hard working and professional. The finished product was a great looking building. We painted our house to match. I would call Simon for another project without hesitation. I think you should too!

At the start, Henry was very informative, helpful and professional with the structures and description decisions. Building construction went good and on time. We had some construction changes and it presented no problems to the crew or cost increase. I am very satisfied with the structure and would recommend Gingerich Structures to all.

We contacted Simon Gingerich of Gingerich Structures last fall to build a residential garage. Simon returned my call in a very timely matter which was a good sign to us. All through the process, Simon and his crew were courteous, professional and hard working. No matter how many times we changed our minds or added extras, Simon always quickly returned our calls or texts and worked out a solution. We always knew Simon would stand by his word and he didn't let us down. We are very pleased with how the garage turned out. We have worked with many contractors over the years snd we would rate Simon at the top.

Simon and his crew built a 60 x128 by 16 ft tall building for us that we use as a riding arena for our equine stables. We had permitting issues in Cedar Rapids early on (not Simon's fault) that delayed our start until very late last year which resulted in his crew building in wet and then very cold conditions. It did slow things down a bit but they got it done. His foreman kept things going and was easy to work with. The building Is fully insulated and with the LP furnace makes for a nice indoor facility in the winter. We were pleasantly surprised to see how cool it stayed inside this last summer? We have had many nice comments about it. It looks nice but my husband really appreciates how well it is built with trusses on 4ft centers and very good support for overhead doors. So far so good. Looking forward to a full winter with it this year. Will report back, hopefully with pictures.

A very special Thank you to Gingerich Structures! Our experience with Simon Gingerich this summer was phenomenal. We had never built anything so there were some additional questions and planning for building our 40x60 shed. Simon was timely in all communications while we were planning and building this summer. I am writing to thank you and Gingerich Structures for such great service. Last year, I finally had the space and could afford to put up a shop building. Because of your great reputation in the area, I started the planning process with your company. Having never done this before, you were able to provide valuable advice to help with site preparation. The design and planning of the building was easy with your group and you provided all the drawings I needed to get the permit. Your crew was impressive in being courteous and efficient. The whole building was up in a week.

I had elected to use galvanized metal on the roof and wainscoting. We had a delay in getting the permit because of a local zoning issue that required getting a variance for the access road. The building materials had been delivered but because of the delay was on the ground for some time before you were able to start building. After the building was up, we noted there were some patchy areas of oxidation on the galvanized metal. It wasn't terrible and looked like it might wash off over time. So we worked with you and made a plan to watch for a year to see if it would resolve. It didn't. Like clockwork, a year later, new materials arrived one day and your crew the next day. They did a great job replacing all the galvanized metal.

It is so great to work with a company that keeps their word and stands by their work. I love this building and I am really grateful to have found Gingrich Structures to do the work. Since I had the building put up, I have been in a number of other post frame structures. There is really no comparison in terms of the quality of your work. I feel fortunate to have found your company. In addition to the structural quality of the building, the concrete work on the floor is of the highest quality. Gingerich was very easy to work with all along our project. The design process was easy and Ray worked with us to make the building our own. Building our structure in Council Bluffs city limits we had to go through a permitting and inspection process and Ray and his team worked with us to get our structure up with no hiccups.
